2027 Open Enrollment

2027 Open Enrollment begins November 1, 2026,
and will continue through January 15, 2027

The 2027 Health Insurance Open Enrollment Period is approaching. Open Enrollment will take place strictly from November 1, 2026 through January 15, 2027.

Important announcement! Starting in 2027, insurance plans from the providers Cigna and Molina will no longer be available.

If you do not contact us regarding the renewal of your health insurance for 2027, an automatic renewal may result in the loss of your subsidy and your plan being renewed at the full premium!

Please keep in mind that after December 15, you will no longer be able to freely enroll in a plan effective January 1 due to urgent circumstances related to your health or pregnancy.

If you...
  • did not previously have health insurance;
  • would like to change your health insurance plan;
  • experienced changes in your life during 2026 (got married, added new household members, started a new job, had changes to your immigration documents, etc.);
  • experienced a change in income;
you will need to come to our office for a scheduled appointment between November 1 and December 15.

We DO NOT recommend relying on automatic renewal, as system errors or other issues may occur and could affect your subsidy.

If you had health insurance in 2026 and none of the circumstances listed above apply to you, you do not necessarily need to come to our office or your appointment may be conducted online via Zoom.

Open Enrollment Office Hours

From November 1 through December 15, our office will be open every day:
